Silverlight Development Requirments

If you want to develop the Silverlight website, you will need the following softwares. Note that it would be the best if you try to install those softwares on Virtual Machine. If you don’t have the Virtual PC then you should read about things that you need to uninstall before installing and you should search the documentation in forum or Google.

Silverlight GetStarted

First training session of Microsoft Silverlight occured in Pakistan.

MS Web Tools training was a 6 day training session conducted by Mr. Asadullah Chodhry on behalf on Microsoft at UIT, Karachi. Last day session was conducted by me on MS Silverlight (on Saturday 26th January, 2008). It was first practical training of MS silverlight in Pakistan. It was really fun. I discussed about the silver light architecture and shown them some live demos (on the spot). discussed the development and runtime requirements. Then I also discussed linking silverlight app with aspnet future website. We also cover the deployment issues too. It was a four hour session. I will upload the prevention and related material soon
